Arrivals on Saturdays as of 17:00 hr.

Departures: Saturday before 10:00 hr.

Tourist Tax: General tourist tax Euro 2,45 per night per person. (Children up to 15 years and including don't pay tourist tax).  * As per 1.05.25 the tourist tax will be adapted to Euro 4,00 per night per person.  (Nächtigungsabgabe € 3,50 and Mobilitätsbetrag € 0,50).

Cleaning:  Not included. We kindly ask you to clean the apartment welland leave it in the same condition as you entered.

Mattress covers, sheets and dishcloths: Excluded. Please bring your own bedsheets, towels and dishcloths. All our beds have the size 90/200.

Deposit: 100 euro. We will return the deposit within three weeks after your holidays, when the apartment is left clean and without damage.
