There is short and long scale. In long scale, onex, tenex and hundredex are staying same, but duminex is called "unminexard" and it's 10-9. The system of naming zilliminexes (Name for very small numbers just like zillions in "large numbers world") is same like the naming system of large numbers. I mean almost. To create this type of numbers, you need to put the -minex (-nex, or just -ex) suffix at the end of the number (If the number you want tu create is 10^-1 and less). There was only 1 number with -minex suffix (Before my googolduminex and googoltreminex), but I just had an idea to make another numbers with the "-minex" end. It's just something like Sbiis Saibian's -minutia or -mite suffix.
