The coalition is a group of individuals that represent the Arts, Heritage & Humanities in Umatilla County, Oregon. We strive to increase awareness of cultural organizations and activities in Umatilla County . Through our Local Grants Program we provide funding to support the goals of the Umatilla County Cultural Plan. We receive funding from the Oregon Cultural Trust..
