The United Church of Lincoln seeks a PASTOR to lead and journey with our spiritual community in ministry and mission. While we are seeking a full-time pastor, if you feel led to reach out to us with options for a bi-vocational or part time alternative, we encourage you to do so.
We practice a loving and accepting Christian theology, embracing people from diverse religious backgrounds, denominations, and traditions. We are actively engaged in, and with, our immediate community, and beyond. We are affiliated with the American Baptist Church, CBF (Cooperative Baptist Fellowship/Baptist Fellowship of the Northeast) and, historically, the United Methodist Church.
Lincoln is located in the Green Mountains of Vermont, approximately 30 miles southeast of Burlington, Vermont. We hope for someone committed to becoming part of our loving, dynamic small-town community. Applicants should have a strong desire to model Christ’s teachings to the world we live in, and skill in building Christian relationships. Untiring wit and hardy constitution, a plus!
Undergraduate degree in religion in pursuit of MDiv a minimum. Master of Divinity degree/equivalent preferred.
Salary/ benefits commensurate with experience and training. Benefits include MMBB (The Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board), and parsonage with utilities included.
