Brook Trout Maps & Data
This is my second and improved rough draft of an interactive map to let people visualize predictions of brook trout occurrence. I've added the ability to zoom in and pan, but note that this is a 1km resolution raster of catchments. I'm working on a version with stream reaches, so it will look nicer.
Just follow the link below to get started. I've improved its speed so it should load within 10 seconds, but I guess that is still a bit slow... Oh well. After all, we are making a map with predictions for 200,000 streams from Georgia to Maine here.
