Diigo toolbar helps in research and siting sources.  It is a way to keep track of what you are viewing for research.

When you site a source within text you do it at the end of the paragraph with the author's last name and the year for example: (Jackson, 2012).

When you do an insert of a sentence or a paragraph from a source, there is no need to put it in quotes.  Make a separate paragraph and put the (Author, Date). 

If you want it to be in Quotes write the Author (Year) " sentence.. " (page 176).
