The property is owned by the resident management company and the day-to-day management is exercised by a Management Committee. One of their number is elected Chairman and they retire by rotation at the Annual General Meeting held in about November of each year.

Members of the Committee serve on an honorary basis and receive no salary or fee for their services.

Meetings generally are scheduled every one to two months and minutes of committee meetings are available on request.
