本旅行隊成立於1974年。旨在倡導遠足郊遊活動，發揚行友在旅途中互助精神；及以
非牟利為目的。每次活動費用由所有參加者平均分擔。
參加本隊之活動，均屬自願參與。為旅途安全，參加者需具自律性及須服從領隊在旅途
中之指示；一切可能危及他人或自己安全的行為，必須避免。行友若中途離隊，後果自
負。倘若因參加本隊之活動而導致意外、收穫或損失及由此引致之一切後果，參加者需
自負責任，概與本隊及其工作人員無涉。
本隊不受公眾責任保險保障，如行友欲購買個人保險應當自行安排。
參加者在活動簽名表上填寫姓名或簽署後，即表示接受及同意遵守本聲明之內容。

Declaration of Liability
The Tuesday Hikers was established in 1974. It aims to promote hiking and recreational
activities and to emphasize mutual assistance in hiking. The activities are non-profit
making. Traveling expenses spent during activities are to be equally shared among all
participants.
Joining our activities is of a voluntary basis. For hiking safety, all participants are
required to be self-disciplined and to obey the guidance of the team leader(s). Any
behavior that could prove hazardous to others and him/her must be avoided. Anyone who
leaves the team during hiking will be held responsible for his or her own actions. All
participants are responsible for the consequences arising from any accidents, gains and
losses, which may occur during the course of the activity. Under no circumstances may
The Tuesday Hikers and its organizer(s) be held liable.
Since The Tuesday Hikers are not covered by any public liability insurance. Participants
who wish to insure against accidents must arrange insurance themselves.
By writing or signing your name on the activity attendance sheet, you are accepting and
must abide by the terms in this Declaration.
