How?

Those that loved and were touched by Thomas formed together and created the foundation. Legal assistance was obtained and the required filings initiates to created this non-profit foundation. The foundation was initially funded by Thomas' meager insurance and donations earned at various fund-raising efforts.

When?

The foundation seed was planted and grew in February 2011.

What?

A non-profit foundation established to perpetuate the memory and spirit of Thomas "Gigz" Shaw II by providing financial assistance to deserving students of music and dance in order to enable their pursuit of higher education in their field of arts.

Why?

To honor and perpetuate the memory and spirit of Thomas "Gigz" Shaw.

Where?

The foundation is based in Stockton at the home of Thomas Shaw's mother, California but will operate nationally when fully funded.
