I am Kien Trung Truong, currently a lecturer at Department of Physics and Computer Sciences, Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics, University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh city. I am passionate about developing and implementing new models of Engineering Education in Vietnam. I earned the M.S.E. in May 2008 and the Ph.D. in May 2012, both in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin). My advisor for the studies at UT Austin is Professor Robert W. Heath, Jr. Before that, in July 2002, I obtained a B.S. degree in Telecommunications & Electronics Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology with. I am an IEEE senior member, a Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) alumnus, a WNCG alumnus, and a WSIL alumnus.
