Entry Fee: $65 with 2 Bonus Rounds ($5 each round to participate)

Team sign in and instructions @ 6:45 p.m.

Trivia Contest starting promptly @ 7:00 p.m.

Lots of new categories for this year’s competition!

“Clay Boys” are the 2009 defending champions

Maximum of 6 players per team

Teams must bring signage for their table declaring their team name

Teams may bring their own refreshments

Adobe® Reader® needed to print entry form
