The Troop Committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:30 - 8:00 pm unless otherwise noted

Secretary:  Minutes from last meeting:

• Review/documentation of decisions from last meeting:

o Scouts are not to leave Church grounds during meetings.

o Patrols to collect Food Costs up front, meeting before events.

o Last minute event cancellations:  Scouts will pay for costs that affect others.

Treasurer:

• Financial Report

Chair:

• Boards of Review, dates set for Feb 25, & Mar 25 (CoH).

• Fliers for Peak to local Packs, any takers?

• Parachute Jump Simulator, Ft Lee.
