Shyam Trivedi completed his doctoral research work from Center for Nanotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in November 2018. He completed his secondary and senior secondary school from Kendriya Vidyalaya Vadodara and Allahabad respectively. In 2007, he graduated in Electronics and communications from University Institute of Technology (UIT), Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal. He has served as a software engineer in HCL technologies for about two years. He completed his post-graduation in the field of Nanotechnology from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Bhopal in 2012 and worked in the area of Density functional theory (DFT) simulations involving the study of electronic and structural analysis of 2D nano-materials. His broad research areas include micro-fabrication of NEMS/MEMS devices, finite element method (FEM) based simulation, and microsensor design.
