Light + Temperature Sensor

In this project, I placed a LDR next to my apartment window. Its resistance changes based on the amount of light it receives, so I left it outside for ~ 24 hours and took data every few minutes. I also collected temperature data next to that same window, and plotted the results to see if there were any irregularities. Here is temperature (F) plotted over light intensity (million lux):

Around the 23 hour mark (in the middle of the night), the light near the window shot up? Maybe one of my neighbors (or myself) turned the lights on. But then the sensor went dead for three hours or so, giving us that straight line to zero before the sun came out again. Unless that was the moon?

Either way, it was a good project to collect data remotely and recover it from an SD card. And I did a short write-up on starting with LDR's.
