Tyler Hardison - Band Director

Mr. Hardison comes to us with years of experience and has taught band at University Christian, assisted at West Nassau High School,  and also assists with the Florida's Heat Wave Drum and Bugle Corps.  He is a founding member of the Jacksonville University marching band and was the drum major for two years.  He states, "I am incredibly excited to join the Trinity family, especially the Conqueror Band family.  Trinity has a rich history in band, and I am honored to continue that standad of excellence with the students and families."

Max Cordell - Band Director Emeritus

After completing 47 years as the full time band director at Trinity Christian Academy Mr. Cordell retired in 2021 and has taken the title of director emeritus.    Mr. Cordell holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Bob Jones University and a masters in Music Education from The University of Georgia.  Mr. Cordell was recognized in the School Band and Orchestra magazine as one of the top 50 directors making a difference in 2018.  You may contact Mr. Cordell at mcordell@tcajax.org.
