How TrialDirector is used
A common workflow with TrialDirector includes the following stages:
Case preparation: Legal teams load and organize all their evidence—documents, videos, and transcripts—into the software, often creating "workbooks" to prepare for witnesses or specific parts of the trial.
Pre-trial: Attorneys use the software for things like mediations, arbitrations, and preparing witness examinations. They can create video clips of specific deposition testimony to use for impeachment at trial.
In the courtroom: During the trial, a legal professional, often referred to as a "hot seater," operates the software to instantly display evidence, annotations, and video depositions as directed by the attorney. This makes the presentation of evidence dynamic and easy for the jury to understand
