Tres Mesquites R.V. Park Rules & Guidelines

1. SPEED LIMIT IS POSTED AT 5 MPH. Thank You for observing this.

2. ARRIVAL: All residents & guest must register at office upon arrival. There will be no charge for guest, as long as residents report their guest within 48 hours of the guest’s arrival. If not reported there will be a $25.00 fee charged to the next month’s statement. Guest are allowed a (2) weeks stay, at one time, with no more than 30 days day's a year.

3. Lease is MONTH TO MONTH. NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. Your Monthly rent must be paid by/on its appointed Due Date otherwise you will be subject to a late charge of $5.00 per day until paid. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Cash or Money Orders ONLY please

5. Electricity At each lot is mesured by individaul meters.

6. Refund Policy: No refund after 15 days into your rental month.

7. SPACES: Each resident is responsible for keeping his space clean . Property or equipment must be stored out of sight or under your trailer. Management must approve any alterations to the space, such as patios, addition, plants etc. Auto overhauling is not allowed at the sites. Please respect other people’s sites.

8. SEWER CONNECTION: To be of an approved type and sewer rings are required. See office for assistance.

9. WATER: Water is very precious & expensive in the desert. Conserve your water usage. No washing of vehicles or RV's permitted

10. UNDERGROUND CABLES, ETC.: Check with office before undertaking any digging on your space.

11. NO PETS ALLOWED.

12. LAUNDRY IS NOT TO BE HUNG ON YOUR LOT. A laundry is available for your use. Do not wash HEAVY BLANKETS, RUGS, or BEDSPREADS. Please clean tubs and dryers after use.

13. COMMERCIALISM: Residents are provided a community free of soliciting & advertising. Please notify the office if solicitors are in the park. No commercial business signs are allowed at your unit.

14. Parking: All Vehicles are to be parked on the space you rented; you may park them in front of, or beside your RV. No storage of Cars on site.

15. No RV, Automotive mechanical or engine repairs are allowed on site, without management approval. (this includes oil changes)

16. Management reserves the right to make any changes or to supplement these guidelines as may be necessary.

This property is privately owned. The Camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, it's officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage due to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers, and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any family member or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of camping facilities.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Tres Mesquites will not accept responsibility for loss due to fire, theft, accidents or injuries occurring at your space or in any area within Tres Mesquites.

INFRINGEMENT OF RULES: Infringement of any Tres Mesquites rules will result in a written notice. After two (2) notices Tres Mesquites has the option to evict said persons from the park. No refunds on evictions.
