Because it doesn't get much better! Trentham Boxing Club is the brain child of local Upper Hutt guy and former National Champions and New Zealand Representative Stephen Howard.

Training is for anyone says Stephen. "Our classes are made up of girls and guy’s and age is not a problem, we’ve got kids from as young as 9 right up to adults in their 50’s. It’s an excellent discipline for the kids they learn a new skill and keep fit at the same time”

Stephen goes on to point out that class numbers are increasing every week, with most classes involving more than 20 guys and girls and we’ve already got a good strong group of regulars.

Classes are open to everyone, they’re run from 5:30 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays  on a pay as you go bases.
