Reviews are subjective and scientifically proven to be unreliable with many fake, misinformed with good intentions, forced, manipulated except a consistent theme of negative reviews.
Companies that post their gross pay rate (not range) for every assignment after much research to proove the obvious tend to pay more for the same assignment that other companies also have but don't post a pay rate for says Captain Obvious. Still you need to compare those that do for the highest pay rate, the actual contract stipulations and their reputation (look for a long theme of negative reviews mostly around pay). In these times you need to learn the red flags for potential cancellation or dropped pay rates (agency or facility). More in depth guides and links to other sources on that in the near future.
Top 10/20 Lists won't deliver on this. (BluePipes, Gypsy Nurse, Highway Hypodermics or any other of the other Best Agency websites). I will dissect this and breakdown the facts and the marketing and how they make a lot of money. I am not saying all of these for-profit companies content is inaccurate for those of you who trust for profit companies paid by travel nurse and allied health travel companies to advise you on how to get the best deal from those same travel nurse and allied health travel companies.
3rd party vetted recruiters won't deliver on this. (Nomadicare) Don't be duped by this and the many other sophisticated diversions from what you really need to look at. It makes life so much more simpler especially with the tools and resources available today for free and your hard earned work as a healthcare worker will be properly paid.

Just Google: Travel (Specialty) RN State or City State or USA then click >more jobs at the bottom left of short list of jobs to get into the full app where you can set filters, refine search, set alerts, save jobs (need gmail). Google Job Search is Immense an aggregates ALL Job Posts anywhere. You will find jobs not posted in Vivian, Wanderly, BluePipes, Facebook! Also use to see who else has the same job.
Be mindful of jobs that only have sourced ads from unknown job platforms who may repost jobs that are old, incorrect or sometimes correct. You will see all the sourced ads to the right in blue (Apply at) also one may be listed under the main job title to the left. You can leave feedback within the job itself in the middle of the text box or top right of the full app. I am putting together a list of bad agents. Usually you can count on linkedin, glassdoor, monster, the company's website and other well known job platforms including those known to integrate jobs into google job search in the correct format (list coming...)

L-M-H pay ranking,
sl= shift length (hours, day, eve, night)
ps= poor search
ss= slow search, takes longer but works.
fs = fast search, good usability
npd-sort= no post date but can sort for newest (not as good as post date)
few=too few jobs posted
old= old jobs (red flag) post dates are old or npd, nsd or all asap
pr= gross pay ranges (red flag) but if it's small it may be local travel vs travel
2nd= have to click on job for critical details (time waster unless additional info)
