DEPART FROM DENPASAR - ARRIVAL AT MAKASSAR AIRPORT - RANTEPAO – RETURN TO MAKASAR - RETURN TO BALI
Day 01: Denpasar - Makassar – Rantepao ( Toraja Highland )
Early morning transfer by car to Airport and catch morning flight to Makassar. Upon arrival at Makassar Airport, meet our Staff and directly by car depart to Toraja High-land 8 hours drive along trans Sulawesi road, Stop at mountain area with beautiful view at Bambapuang, passing Buginese villages. On the way visit Phinisi boat construction area near Pare Pare town. Lunch will be served at sea side restaurant. Upon arrival in Rantepao, check-in at hotel located around rice-field area. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight.
Day 02: Toraja Highland Tour
Morning after breakfast, depart by car and visit several tour objects includes Stone grave in Lemo village, kete kesu a typical of Toraja traditional houses area, Kambira a baby grave which is placed in the tree trunk. Proceed a short walk into the country side of Toraja High-land. Lunch will be served at restaurant. Return at your hotel in the afternoon. Dinner served at restaurant. Overnight.
Day 03: Toraja Highland Tour
Morning after breakfast, depart by car and visit Bori Village a place of erected megaliths which is remained of past Funeral Ceremonies. Drive up to Batutumonga Village to the point of panoramic view over Toraja High-land, with several stops en-route for taking pictures. Lunch will be served at Restaurant in Batutumonga. After lunch, proceed trekking for 4 hours downhill passing through Torajan remote villages and rice fields. Upon arrival downhill proceed drive back to hotel. Dinner at hotel restaurant. Overnight.
Day 04: Toraja Highland Tour
Morning after breakfast, start trekking for 7 hours passing Torajan Villages up mountain. On the way stops and visit Traditional house, meet people in the countryside. Lunch Box will be served en-route by picnic style. Return to hotel in the afternoon. Dinner. Overnight.
Day 05: Rantepao – Makassar
Morning after breakfast, depart by car back to Makassar 8 hours drive, on the way stop for coffee break at Bambapuang Mountain View restaurant. Lunch will be served at sea side restaurant. Upon arrival in Makassar, directly Check-in for accommodation at hotel. Dinner. Overnight.
Day 06: Makassar – Denpasar
Morning after breakfast, by car transfer to Airport and catch the flight back to Bali by Garuda, depart at 12:15 Arrive 13:30. Upon arrival in Denpasar Bali directly transfer to your hotel by car.
