The SuiteCRM translation project uses Crowdin to setup a collaborative translation environment. Here you can translate your language and download any language pack ready to install in SuiteCRM. All you need is a browser, no install, no setup.

A2- Enter the project you want to translate (as in https://crowdin.com/project/suitecrmtranslations )
A3- Choose a language to join and ask to be a "translator".
