In TMA SOLUTION, he worked on Avaya Aura systems. This system provides a single interface for companies to manage all customer interactions, bringing a seamless customer experience across channels.
His responsibility included developing Vbscripts programs to test the stability of Avaya Aura systems.
2012 - 2014: System Engineer at Indochina Telecommunication Technology (ITT), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Deploy and maintain base station system, e.g., measure a Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) indoor and check passive inter-modulation of base station
systems in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Utilize telecommunication testing devices, i.e. BIRD SA-2500EX, Anritsu S332D Site Master Cable, and Passive Inter-modulation Analyzers from Rosenberger to identify RF cable feed-line, inter-modulation characteristics, and antenna system faults of passive components, such as connectors, cable assemblies, antennas, and filters.
