The main events of the competition are the following (deadlines are at 11:59PM UTC time).

• 1st May 2018 : launch TrackML - Accuracy Phase, on Kaggle, as a IEEE WCCI official competition
• 13th August 2018 : final Accuracy submission deadline
• 7th September 2018 : launch TrackML - Throughput Phase on Codalab, as a NeurIPS 2018 official competition
• 7th December 2018 : NeurIPS Competition workshop participation
• 12th March 2019 : final Throughput submission deadline
• July 2019 : grand finale workshop at CERN
