A free basic account has been set up with survey monkey. survey monkey is a online tool to create and publish online surveys in minutes, and view results graphically and in real time. Please review the draft using the link below and provide feedback. There is a 10 question limit on the basic account which we are current at. The plan it to collect feedback from participants at the end of the 2012 retreat to debrief and plan for 2013 retreat. The resource tab contains the URL, user ID and password for our survey monkey account.
