Tiffany Chao

     Hi y'all! This is Tiffany Chao. I am from Houston, Texas, U.S.A. I have more than 10 years of teaching experience in the United States and overseas including 6 years of public school teaching experience and 1 year of IB teaching experience. After graduating from the University of Houston with a diploma in Teaching and Learning, I got a valid Texas EC-6 generalist teaching certification and Pedagogy and Professional Responsibilities EC-12 certification. 

    Working as an educator for more than 10 years, I have already noticed the importance of integrating technology into the lessons; therefore, in 2021, I got the M.A. degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Learning, Design, and Technology at the University of Houston. I have enjoyed creating and delivering lessons, ensuring that they are fun and engaging for my students while including technology, songs, movement, and art due to my recent training and knowledge in applying multiple modalities to my craft.

    This is my first year teaching in MQEV and Taiwan. We have some great things planned for this school year, and I am excited about the great things happening in our program. I am looking forward to meeting all the students.
