President
Presides at the organization's business meetings, serves as chairman of the Executive Board; Makes authorized appointments with the concurrence of the executive board. Approves agenda prior to distribution to all board members by Recording Secretary every month. Serves in all other manners directed or authorized by the bylaws. Minimum estimated time commitment: 4 hours per month
Vice President
Serves in the capacity of president pro-tem in the absence of the president. Fills the vacant office of presidency. Serves as committee coordinator, informing committee chairmen of their assignments and reports to the president and/or board on status of committee work. Performs all duties incident to the office as assigned by the president and board. Minimum estimated time commitment: 4 hours per month
Secretary
Keeps minutes of all board meetings and meetings of committees. Is prepared to refer to minutes for information. Prepares a summary of unfinished business for the president. Notifies board members of the upcoming board meetings and collects information for the agenda. Prepares the agenda for the president's approval. Notifies officers of their election. Performs all duties incident to the office as assigned by the president and board. Minimum estimated time commitment: 2 hours per month
Treasurer
Receives all money for the organization and makes bank deposits. Keeps an accurate record of all receipts and disbursements. Presents a written statement of receipts, disbursements and expected expenditures for the following month at every meeting. Makes a full written annual report to the organization. Reconciles memberships paid with membership list on a quarterly basis.. Performs all duties incident to the office as assigned by the president and board. Minimum estimated time commitment: 6 hours per month
