What is CTD Online Learning?

CTD Online Learning is a platform for professional development — and it's just getting started. 

CTD's mission has always been to make sure all conservation district employees in Washington have the tools, knowledge, and skills to do their job well. CTD Online Learning is the next step in that mission — a platform that puts professional development at your fingertips with on-demand trainings, networking spaces, and more.

As we continue to build out this versatile space, we welcome your feedback!  Please reach out to training@wactd.org with your suggestions or questions. 

How to access CTD Online Learning

CTD Online Learning is designed for Washington's conservation district professionals and their statewide partners. Based outside Washington? Contact us to talk about access. 

Here's how to log in for the first time:

1. Go to the platform
   Visit www.wactd.skyprepapp.com in any web browser. CTD Online Learning works on desktop and mobile — no app download required.

2. Create your account
   First time? Click "Sign Up" and enter your information.  Follow the prompts to set a password, then log in. You'll land on your personal dashboard — and you're in.

3. Already have an account?
   Just click "Sign In" and enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and a reset link will be sent to your email.

Once you're logged in, you'll land on your Dashboard.  Keep tabs on training progress with current and recently completed courses.  Coming soon - Training Calendars, a Resource Center, curated Learning Paths, Networking & Collaboration spaces, and more!

 Search the Course Catalog to view and search courses.  Use keywords like 'soil health' to narrow your search.  Hint: Start with the SkyPrep User Guide for help on how to navigate the  platform!

This is only the beginning.

CTD Online learning is new — and it's going to grow fast. We're building out new courses, bringing in subject matter experts from across Washington and beyond, and developing learning pathways that recognize and support your professional development.
