Q: I deleted my device by accident - can I get a redelivery?
A: All items with copy permissions can be redelivered by our redelivery terminal in our inworld store (or any other Casper vendor inworld).

Q: Can you build/script this and that for me?
A: No. We do not do custom work.
Q: Can I see/test your items inworld before I purchase them?
A: Yes, all products can be seen and tested in our inworld store.
Q: I am not happy with a purchase I made, I want a refund.
A: No, there will be no refunds (see shop policy).

Q: I added a script to one of your devices, since then I get no menu.
A: Rename the added script and add "zht_" in front of your scriptname ( so f.e. the script is named "zht_cuffchains")
Q: I own the cowstall / barn II / milkbar and the pumps do not attach.
A: The experience "[GA] Products by Gwen Setzer & Amelie Sawson" must be enabled on the land where the device is rezzed.
The experience has to be accepted by the sitter as well at first use.
There is a chapter in the manual about setting up an experience.

Q: I own the cowstall / barn II / milkbar and the pumps do not attach.
The experience "[GA] Products by Gwen Setzer & Amelie Sawson" is already enabled on the land and accepted by the sitter as well.
A: You have no free attachment points left. Detach one of the items you wear and try again. The pumps will attach then.
Q: I own the cowstall / barn II / milkbar and the tanks do not fill.
The experience "[GA] Products by Gwen Setzer & Amelie Sawson" is already enabled on the land and accepted by the sitter as well.
A: The tanks are filling slowly to keep things "realistic". You can change the rate of the milk flow in the Settings notecard in your device.

Q: I own the vaulted skybox / teleporter and the teleporter does not work.
A: The experience "[GA] Products by Gwen Setzer & Amelie Sawson" must be enabled on the land where the device is rezzed.

Q: I bought item xyz as a gift and misspelled the name during my purchase - would you redeliver to the correct person?
A: No. We are not responsible for mistakes on your end.
Q: Can I use the Cellar AddOn standalone or combine it with my own builds?
A: The Cellar AddOns are designed to work with the [GA] Barn (all versions).
Since they are copy/mod, you can of course adapt them to your own needs (basic building knowledge required!).
Q: I use xyz cuffs and the chains do not rez.
A: All devices are LockMeister compatible. However, some brands only use LockGuard.
We are updating all devices with chains to LockGuard compatibility too.
Those versions will be available from version 1.13 on.
Please be patient, since it is quite some work ;)
In the meantime you can use thirdparty scripts, there are free scripts available on the SecondLife Marketplace.
Do not forget to rename your additional scripts to "zht_xxxxx".
Q: Where do I find the UUID/Key of an avatar?
A: Open the profile, in Firestorm there is a line "Key: yyyy-yyyy..." under your name. This is the UUID.
Q: Where do I find the version number of my device? The "Update" button only tells me a number.
A: The version number is either in the description field of the device itself, or in the description field of the box it was shipped in.

A: You can always get the latest versions at our redelivery terminal in our inworld store (or any other Casper vendor inworld).
Q: Will the lights (Neonlights, etc.) stll work in automatic mode with EEP?
A: Yes! Though, currently results are not correct on non EEP viewers. Please be patient until all viewers are updated to EEP.

Q: I bought a building and i get rez errors when i try to set it up.
A: The rezzer box is probably to close to the ground. Please move it up a little and try again.
You can always move the building with the rezzer menu (see manuals) after rezzing it.
