The Human purpose

What is the human purpose? Were we created to simply exist, or do we have a purpose in life? Are we another manifestation of the universe that goes about fulfilling the cosmic blue print? Philosophers over many centuries have wondered about human existence and what it means. Religions have tried to bring about a purpose for humanity by believing to a god or to a higher existence. There must be a purpose for the universe and human existence, or does it have to be?

From our limited knowledge and very embryonic stage of our development, such questions seem beyond us. We need to explore ourselves first and see what our possible futures maybe. That way we may have begun to understand what possibilities may exist for us and hence our ultimate purpose.
