Toscana North also known as Toscana Tower I, is located at 3700 S. Ocean Blvd. in Highland Beach, Florida. Toscana North was the first Toscana Tower and it was built in 2000. Toscana North has 143 condos and 17 floors. Toscana North has 4 floor plans: the Cortona model, the Siena model, the Trevi model, and the Firenze model. Toscana North has been going through a Renaissance for the past few years, and many positive changes have taken place: our exercise room was remodeled a few years ago and it is now the best and most modern in all of Toscana. Our luxurious lobby was remodeled in 2019. It has a very popular Coffee Café and a game room! The perfect places to gather and mingle with your neighbors! The building's roof was repaired in 2019. The concrete restoration was finished in 2023, and new MODERN elevators will be installed in 2024.
