Torfinn Harding is Professor of Economics at Kristiania University of Applied Sciences and Adjunct Professor of Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics and the University of Bergen. He is also Editor of The Scandinavian Journal of Economics. His research focuses on international economics, development, natural resources, and environmental economics, with work published in leading journals including The Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of the European Economic Association, The Economic Journal, and Review of Economics and Statistics. He received his PhD in economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2008 and has previously held positions at the University of Stavanger, the University of Oxford, the University of Sussex, Statistics Norway, the World Bank, and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development in South Sudan.
