Hi, I am Tonmoay; I have recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from North South University (NSU) with Summa Cum Laude Distinction.
I am currently working as a Research Associate (full-time) at the Artificial Intelligence and Cybernetics (AGenCy) Lab, Independent University, Bangladesh. Here, I am exploring the projects that extensively study the intersection between Fundamental Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing for humanitarian purposes. My assigned projects are supervised by Dr. Amin Ahsan Ali, Dr. A K M Mahbubur Rahman, and Dr. Ashraful Amin. In parallel, I am happily teaching the laboratory courses on the Introduction to Programming Languages, Data structure, and Algorithms at my alma mater, NSU.
Last year, I collaborated with Air Lab, Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University on MBZ 2020 Challenge. I also had an incredible journey working on our senior design project, "PATRON" under the supervision of Dr. Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Khan.
During the undergraduate senior years, I served as a Teaching Assistant of Database Systems (CSE311) under Mr. Adnan Firoze. At the same time, I worked as a Research Assistant on "Can Artificial Intelligence Perceive Beauty?" project, under the supervision of Dr. Mohammad Rashedur Rahman & Mr. Adnan Firoze.
I dream to give dreams to machines, to solve the real-world issues!
