Golf Sign Up Sheet

Use this form to sign up for TOMGA events.

Directions: 

• 1. Select your name from the drop down list.

  2. Click next.

  3. Select whether you want to add or remove your name from the signup sheet.

  4. Click next.

  5. Select the days you want from the list of dates by clicking on them.

  6. Click submit.

  7. You are finished either signing up or removing yourself from the list and the calendar should reflect these changes under the dates you selected (this may take a few minutes for the calendar to update...there should be no need to submit the form multiple times).

***Note that pairings are created one day before each event.  If you have not signed up for an event before then you will need to call in to get on the sign up list.
