I suppose the process of acceptance will pass through the usual four stages: i) this is worthless nonsense; ii) this is an interesting, but perverse, point of view; iii) this is true, but quite unimportant; iv) I always said so"

Welcome to my personal website!
With over a decade of experience in empirical modeling across business, policy, and academia, I combine rigorous economic reasoning with systemic thinking, clear communication, and effective stakeholder management.
Since 2016, I have led teams to “make data talk,” including at the Bank of England. Currently, I am Research Director within UBS Global Research’s Empirical Scientific Approaches team, where I lead a small group of scientists in developing, deploying, and applying empirical tools to inform investment decisions and unlock the full potential of data in sell-side research.
My academic work has appeared in journals such as Economic Policy, Economics Letters, and the European Journal of Political Economy. My policy works have been featured in The Economist, Bloomberg, and The Guardian.
