Dr Thomas Lampert
I am a Computer Science researcher in the general field of Artificial Intelligence, and more specifically in Machine Learning and Image and Time-Series Analysis in various fields of application (most recently in medical imaging and remote sensing).
I currently hold the Chair of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Télécom Physique Strasbourg and ICube, University of Strasbourg, where I am a member of the Data Science and Knowledge research team.
My PhD was completed at the University of York under the supervision of Dr Simon O'Keefe in collaboration with (and sponsored by) Dr Duncan Williams (DSTL) and Jim Nicholson (QinetiQ Ltd.). I have held held various research positions at the University of York and the University of Strasbourg. Throughout my career, I have worked in strong relation with industry through various collaborative projects and consultancy, and I have been involved with a number of international research groups (for example, University of California, SERTIT, Hannover Medical School, University of Aberdeen's Institute of Medical Sciences, and the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics at the University of Kragujevac).
In addition to these pages, you can find information about my research on GitHub, Google Scholar, Linkedin, DBLP, and on Academia.
