Welcome! A word of caution: Information on this site is not final until the class starts
Schedule: no lectures -- watch the videos at your pace; contact the lecturer with questions whenever you have them
There are no homeworks (but see Practice material below)
Monday on week 39, 1515-1615
You will receive the exam by email (if you don't receive the exam until 1520, please contact the lecturer) and will have to return your solution within 1hr.
To pass the course you need at least 50 points on the exam (total exam points: 100)
If you want 4 or 5 for the exam, you should speak with the examiner by Zoom within 2 hours of the exam start time (the examiner will ask how you solved the problems; if you can't explain, you'll fail the exam). Please inform the instructor at least 1 week before the exam if you want 4 or 5
Most lectures were recorded during 2020 class, therefore you may hear references to chat, times, etc
The website and some of the linked files have changed slightly since some videos were recorded, but the content is essentially the same
If you don't see well something in the video (e.g., when the slides and the Jamboard are shown on the split screen), you may just open on your computer the corresponding page in the slides and the Jamboard notes
Errors in videos are mentioned in square brackets [] after the link to the video
Sorry if YouTube shows ads before the videos -- it's YouTube monetizing, not me. (AdBlockers on laptop and NewPipe on Android may help.)
Lecture video
[Changes in the admin part: Lab teachers are Anastasia and Lucie (not Leo). QGIS grades are U/G (not U,3,4,5)]
2 more videos of continuous Dijkstra on roads
VD review (NB: much more than we need)
Some fun with facility location (how would the casino-free regions look in other metrics?)
[there's a typo in the formula for Var[Y] in the video; see the slides for the correct formula]
Taught by the labs instructor

Please address questions regarding SQL lecture to the current labs instructors

Feel free to look at other examples and SQL documentation on https://www.w3schools.com/sql/default.asp
There is no deadline for solving the practice problems; work on them at your pace and ask the instructor for feedback if/when you fell like
The actual exam will be very much like the practice exam; in particular, the cover page will be exactly the same
