Instructions

TNAUSTAT consist of various programmes for statistical analysis of plant breeding, agronomy, etc. experiments. This package was developed by:

Instructions

• Click on the program name to download the programme files. It is a DOS based EXE file. Preferably save into a separate directory.

• "To run these programmes in 64 bit environment/ Linux/Vista/Win 7, use DosBox (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dosbox/) software"

• To know about the data structure, click on the XLS file. It is a MsExcel file. It need to be saved as "formatted text" or PRN file. The data file need to be modified as in the PRN file.

• A sample result file has been included as RES file. It is the text file with extension "RES". It can be open able with notepad or any text editor.

• Always try to keep the programme and data file in a same directory to avoid the problem.

• To run the programme, click on the programme, use the PRN file name with extension as input file.

• ALWAYS use 8 or less letters for file name without any special characters or any space between letters.. Extension can be provided with three letters. Try to follow DOS convention for file name.

• There may be memory problem if you use large number of data sets.
