Methanol and freezing temperatures.
[as if you have not guessed I have assumed this winter will be cold]
Use methanol or ethanol - for windows outside in freezing weather...
The ratio of water and chemical depends on the temperature [simply use your nod - if water begins to freeze up - add more chemical]
