Post Doctoral Fellow (2014)
Originally from southeast Missouri, Dustin earned a BS from the University of Missouri before obtaining a MS and a PhD from the University of Nebraska. Dustin joined the lab soon after he completed his PhD in 2013 and helped to develop a series of research programs focused on landowner attitudes toward conservation practices. Dustin was also quintessential in the development of the Hunter Survey Project. Dustin completed his postdoc in 2014 to begin supervising the human dimensions program for the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Dustin is now the Lead Data Scientist at Thomson Reuters Special Services.
