There are eight on the Executive Board. These positions are held by the individual colleges of Region III. The positions are awarded to the colleges based on the votes of the Region III members present at the annual TJCSGA state convention. It is the secretary's duty to attend all Executive Board meetings, take roll call and minutes for each meeting, and to distribute a copy of the records to each college. The Secretary is further responsible for making necessary announcements among the college members and maintains a list of all members, officers, and pertinent contact information. Finally, the Secretary is to execute the duties of the Vice-President in his or her absence.

The Advisor attends all regional and executive board meetings, aids the executive board in conducting general assemblies, and assists in the approval of all association expenditures. Finally, the Advisor attends the new officer orientation at the final Regional meeting at the TJCSGA State Convention.
When the Region III advisor is absent, the Advisor Elect acts in their stead. The advisor elects main duty is to assist with the conduction of the regional meetings by: providing potential meeting dates, creating an itinerary for the meetings, distributing campus and travel maps for the meeting locations, and to provide hotel information for the colleges. Further, it is the advisor elects duty to ensure each college has access to a copy of the Region III and State SGA Constitutions. The advisor elect must attend all the regional and executive meetings, and must assist in the approval of all regional expenditures.
