Custom photo etching service is also available!

I work with 0.15 millimeters wide copper, usually in 180 x 280 millimeters size (roughly A4 size ) sheets, but I can do smaller size PE's as well.

On special request, I can etch on 0,2; 0.3 or on 0.4 millimeter wide sheets as well but only in 180 x 280 millimeters size.

The smallest size detail that I can produce is 0.15 millimeters - that's roughly the width of the hair so that's really thin...

Customers can calculate with two cost:

1. Design cost: The parts that should be created should preferably be drawn in vector graphic format, using any specific computer program, but I can work from any technical or free form drawing with sizes and angles specified. If I have to create the computer drawings, then the design cost will be proportional to the time spent with the design program.

2. When creating the drawings, two ones have to be created: one for the front side, one for the back side. White color has to be used for the area left intact, and black that should be etched on the given side.

3. Production cost: This is proportional to the size of the etched parts.
