Looking to do extra exercise on top of cycling? Or get 1:1 personal training?
Amy Kinnear is a personal trainer based in Timsbury and does 1 hour 1:1 personal training (£25) or paired training (£20 each) in Timsbury and around the local areas.
She provides individualised programs suited to each clients needs and goals, and is qualified in Strength and Conditioning for athletes offering sport specific training to help improve performance.

The Connies is our local tea rooms, we don't go there that much, because we are usually cycling somewhere else so sampling coffee and tea from other villages! But other cycling groups passing through Timsbury do use it - its very good. One or two bikes can be kept in the Tea rooms, there is also an alleyway around the side where several bikes can be kept out of sight. Just ask inside.
LOCAL GYMS - work on your fitness, to complement the Sunday ride!
There are several Gyms local to Timsbury now, where you can do spin classes, or improve your core strength. If you attend these Gyms during the week, why not come out on a Sunday morning and put your new fitness to some use on a ride?
YMCA Gym, next to the Coop - Amy Kinnear is also based here.
This Gym is open 2-9pm Wednesday, 5-9pm Thursday, 7-11am Friday.
There are no membership fees. It is £3 a session. The Gym has a fully equipped gym with spin bikes, cardio equipment and weights. Amy and the other YMCA gym staff can write individualised programs to suit your needs and goals. There is also a circuit training class every Wednesday at 6.30-7.15pm
