I was born in a remote and sweet village of West Bengal called Jamuna. I spent up to 12th class in my home and then moved to a boarding at Kamarpukur, a well-known place where Sri Ramakrishna was born, for my college education. I had an enjoyable hostel life in the Vivekananda Hostel of Burdwan University from where I got a Masters Degree in Physics. I arrived in the “city of joy” in 1998.
I am an open-minded person with a very positive attitude towards life. Life, for me is a learning experience every day, and I strive to live it to the fullest while maintaining balance in all respects. I believe in working hard to achieve my goals. I like people who are optimistic and have a passion for living life to its fullest.
I love good surprises (which I don't get much of), and I love to eat! I am basically fond of rasogollas !! I am overly passionate and affectionate. I enjoy driving a car (although I am a poor person to have a good car!) and travel with a motorbike in my village. I do have hobbies like cooking, listening to Tagore’s song, reading Bengali poetries and spending time with my Hawaiian guitar.
