Four (4) Nights Beginning June 22,2016
$40.00 per night for 50-amp, full hook-up sites
Deadline to reserve was June 1, 2016
Arrive early and or stay late to accommodate your travel schedule.
Site rental fee includes breakfast of waffles, coffee and juice each morning.

Rally fee is $7.50 for member coaches, $15.00 for non-member coaches.
Rally hosts needed a headcount for three events highlighted in the below agenda - two meals and a tour.
Wed. 6/22 -
Arrival day - Americamps Campground, Ashland, VA.
Pick up goodie bags from hosts at site E17 and pay rally fee. $7.50 for member coaches, $15 for non-member coaches.
5:00 Happy hour social at meeting room behind office/camp store. Bring your own favorite beverage and snack to share.
6:00 Walking Tacos Dinner at campground, immediately following social. Includes salad and dessert. Bring your own beverage. All other essentials (plates, napkins, utensils, etc.) will be provided.
7:00 Card Bingo activity after dinner. Fun and prizes!
Thurs. 6/23 –
Breakfast on your own. Sleep in!
10:00 Craft activity at campground meeting room - patriotic memory wire bracelet - small fee required
3:00 RV maintenance presentation by Reines RV. Carpool to dealership. See agenda handout in goodie bag for directions.
5:30 Group dinner at Islamorada Fish Company (Bass Pro Shops Restaurant) - Pay as you order, menu pricing. Hosts needs headcount.
Fri. 6/24 –
Free Breakfast provided by the campground in meeting room - waffles, juice and coffee/tea. Plates, napkins and utensils will be provided. Bring your own coffee mug if you care to.
10:15 Leave campground for 11:00 tour of Historic Hanover Tavern ($5 per person), followed by a gracious plenty buffet lunch at the Tavern ($18 per person) Hosts need headcounts for tour and lunch.
Noon buffet lunch at the tavern, ($18 includes gratuity). See agenda handout in goodie bag for menu.
Remainder of day on your own to explore the area – possibilities include: Kings Dominion Amusement Park; Scotchtown – Plantation home of Patrick Henry; James River Winery; Lewis Ginter Botonical Garden; Center of the Universe Brewing Company (walking distance)
5:00 Happy hour social at the meeting room behind the camp store. Bring your own beverage and optional snack to share.
Door prizes will be awarded at this Friday social hour.
Dinner on your own, if you have room after your big lunch.
Sat. 6/25 –
Breakfast provided by the campground. Same as Friday.
9:30 Carpool leaves campground for below tours.
10:30 Guided tour of Richmond State Capital Building and Gardens; and, guided tour of St. Paul's Cathedral.
Lunch and remainder of the day on your own.

5:00 Happy hour social at the meeting room. Same as above.
