Xenos is active in the wholesale and retail trade of ceramics (crockery), glassware, candles, furniture, household items and food.Approximately 75 people work at the head office in Waalwijk. A 40,000 m² distribution center has also been located here since 2000. Loading and unloading is done semi-automatically with remote-controlled vehicles. In 2014, another hall of approximately 50,000 m² was added here.

2017-2018  JIRNSUM - OISTERWIJK - WADDINXVEEN - NL - CONCORP (AUTODROP) (MANUFACTURER)

AUTODROP is a Dutch candy and licorice brand produced by the Irnsum-based company Concorp.The first Autodrop came onto the market in 1965. The name Autodrop comes from the images of various car models on the drops, such as a Beetle, Cadillac,  and a double-decker bus. The licorice was packed in a roll and had the shape of a car tire. In the roll, the drops were individually pre-packed in a piece of paper, on which a piece of information was written.

We not only supply packaging solutions for A-brands, but also for private labels. We are always in search of the latest packaging innovations and closely follow the latest trends. 


2016-2017 -  AMSTERDAM - NL - BIG BAZAR (RETAIL)

BIG BAZAR is a chain of discount stores that was founded in 2007 by the retail and wholesale group Blokker Holding to compete with the Action formula. In 2013, the company had more than 100 stores in the Netherlands and Belgium. The range consists of household and personal care items and confectionery, including A-brands, at low prices. n 2019, it was announced that 50 new branches would be opened in branches of the bankrupt drugstore chain Op=op Voordeelshop. In October 2021, the chain was sold by Blokker to BB Retail of the Frisian businessman Jerke Kooistra.Because the company encountered financial problems in 2023, it announced that it wanted to sell the Belgian branch. Ultimately, things did not get that far when the Dutch company was declared bankrupt on September 26, 2023. All Dutch stores closed their doors. The Belgian stores were spared from bankruptcy.

With more than 3,500,000 m3 of refrigerated capacity, Kloosterboer is a front-runner in logistics services in Western Europe for temperature controlled food products (including fish, meat, fruit, fruit juices and concentrates, dairy and potato products). They zin storage, stevedoring, logistics, handling customs formalities and logistical IT solutions. We were asked to develop the ICT Strategy plan for the upcoming years so they can continue their growth and be ready for the future

Red Cross asked me to develop the logistics plan for collecting and distributing used apparel, shoes for the refugees in the Heumensoord camp (3.000,- people). In conjunction with other volunteers, UTS Verkroost and the 'kleding bank"

THE RETAIL PEOPLE (TRP) ware responsible for all the merchandise stores on the Olympic Park and + 100 merchandise stands at the Olympic events. where over 60 million GBP in merchandise was sold during the 17 days of the Olympics and the 10 days of the Paralympics. My Deputy Managers role for the Olympic Park stores got slightly shifted after the in-house logistics needed more attention during the Olympic event and I was transformed to a copy of Hannibal Smith, for extra logistics leadership, support & focus, which finally resulted in finishing both events in a good order and happy customers with 

there purchased favorite London 2012 merchandise..............What a Story.......

Superquinn was an Irish supermarket chain, founded in 1960 and entirely privately owned by the Quinn family. Select Retail Holdings, a property buying consortium, purchased the company from the Quinn family in 2005. A receiver was appointed to the company on 18 July 2011, and the following day the company was bought by Musgrave Group. The company operated 20 supermarkets under the Superquinn brand and 4 convenience shops under the "Superquinn Select" brand. Superquinn was known for having a very high level of customer service compared to other supermarket chains, its former owner having written a manual on customer service, "Crowning the Customer"

Started as Customer Service-Procurement for Keyboards & Multiplexers and ended up becoming Responsible for Transportation and Warehousing for all EU cutomers in a 8.000M2 WHS

In the beginning of the century Memorex Telex was bought by EDS which was bought by HP later.
