CP: or Command Points are required to attack, each attack costs 10 CP + 1 for every space in your alliances territory, and +3 for every space in enemy/forgotten territory. You cannot move your base closer than 1 space away from any other base.
RT: or Repair Time, is needed to repair your Offense after an attack on a Base, Outpost, or Camp. Everyone has 12 hours of Repair Time, unless you buy more, and is affected by the Level of your Offensive Units, and the level of their supporting structures, the Barracks/Hand of Nod, Airfield and War Factory.
Research Points: Cannot be purchased but only Looted from an attack, they are used to research Upgrades for you Offense, Defense, and Specials such as more MCV's, or defensive support structures.
Tiberium: Commanders this is why we are here. The forgotten have been mutated because of Tiberium, and are trying to use the Tacitus to gain ultimate control over our world. Tiberium is the green Crystals you see inside of your base. They are harvested or Looted in Battle and are used to upgrade buildings within your base and your Defense.
Crystal: Crystals are the blue crystal structures that you see inside of your base. These are harvested or Looted in Battle and are used to upgrade your Offensive and Defensive units.
Power: Power is produced by your Power Plants, and is used with Tiberium or Crystals when upgrading the Level of Units and Structures.
Credits: Credits are produced by your Refineries or Looted in Battle, and are used together with your Research Points to research upgrades.
Base Guidelines: Bases are very important to attack, but increasing your own base and army level are key in the beginning, until you have a level 20 Offense, and start getting good POI bonuses. If you cannot kill a base in 2 attacks, at the moment it is not worth it. Go find an outpost or a high level camp and kill it, in 1 or 2 attacks. Go kill LOTS of Outposts. Then your army will be large enough to take on a Base without using 80 CP on it. Right now, lvl 14 Camps can have as many resources as a lvl 14 Base, and they're much easier to kill. So lvl up, and quit using so much CP on bases. Only attack a base more than 3 times if it is critical to obtain or hold a POI, and even that is pushing the CP limit of wise spending.
Outpost Guidelines: Outpost spawn near tunnels, but there is a trick that is not obviously apparent. Tunnels need to be ACTIVATED before the start producing Outposts. A player's base needs to be within 5 levels (and their army within 3 or 4) and within 5 spaces of the tunnel for it to start producing. Also, if another player is within 8 spaces, and his lvl is too low, the tunnel will quit producing.
CP Management: CP (Command Points) are one of the only things that are equal across all the players, unless you buy them and they are expensive. How our alliance manages CP will determine your ranking. If you play smart, you'll stay on top.
Territory is determined by base level. A player's base can hold 2 spaces in any direction, provided his territory does not overlap another bases territory. If another base of your alliance is close, the territories merge. If another alliance's base is close, the higher ranking base gets the territory. A Forgotten base can hold 3 spaces, and almost always has the higher level base so the overlapping territory is split. Sometimes on the diagonal your territory can override the base's and your territory will extend all the way to the base. That still means the closest you can get to attack a base is 1 space, and the least amount of CP it will take is 10+1+3=14. Typically, its 10+3+3=16 CP to attack a FB (Forgotten Base). The most it will allow you to attack is 10 spaces, which is 10+(10*3)=40 CP. There are times when jumping that far out is worth it, and there are times when it is definitely a bad idea. If you jump that far, make sure you can kill something else around it, or you can get stuck, I've seen it happen.
Doing the Math: Spend CP wisely. Look at the outposts/camps/bases around you with the "Loot Summary" script to see what they give before you attack. If you have to hit a base twice @ 32 CP, you might get more resources by hitting 3 camps @33 CP. This will be as important as Repair Time.
