also, I would like to share Simo Särkkä, Jouni Hartikainen's RBMCDA Matlab Toolbox, consisting of multiple target tracking methods based on Rao-Blackwellized particle filters. and Matlab toolbox EKF/UKF comprises a variety of parameters filters such as EKF/UKF, IMM tracker, and Smoothers.
