Students planning to pursue a four-year degree in an energy-related / supportive program, at an accredited College or University, or to enroll in an accredited Trade or Vocational degree program to learn an industry-related / supportive skill or trade, may apply to receive one (1) of two (2) available Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollar scholarships.
ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant must be accepted and enrolled in a College or University, or a Trade or Vocational degree program, in an accredited Educational Institution, and must be scheduled to attend on either a:
(a) Full time basis (12 credit hours or more), or
(b) Part-time basis (6 credit hours or more), while being employed on a full-time basis.
Applicant shall participate in a brief remote call-in to discuss their academic efforts and other achievements, and how these are anticipated to prepare them for success in their chosen field.
Applicant must provide a list of any internships, leadership roles, and / or service activities in which they have participated, and provide a short description of each activity.
Applicant must provide a letter of recommendation in a sealed envelope from someone other than a family member or friend. (e.g. Employer, Professor, Teacher, Guidance Counselor, Clergy, etc.)
Special consideration may be afforded to members of Three Rivers Desk and Derrick Club, or for those with a letter of recommendation from a Club member. (Join today!)
Applicant should provide school transcripts, memorializing academic performance for all years he or she enrolled at the educational institution currently, or most recently, attended.
Application packets, including a completed Application Form, must be postmarked no later than JUNE 30, 2026. (Sorry, incomplete applications cannot be considered.)
Scholarships will be made on a one-time, lump-sum basis.
