Introduction

We also offer Finance workshops that are customised to the clients needs.  Financial acumen is a critical knowledge that all employees should have to improve the financial performance of any organisation.  The Finance workshop is a practical way of learning and gaining basic financial knowledge that will have an impact on the day to day operation of your organisation.  

Our subject matter expert Sulet van Niekerk CA(SA) is an experienced facilitator and have designed and facilitated on numerous management development programmes at all development levels for the Stellenbosch Business School - Executive Development (SBS-ED) and Henley Business School.  She is a subject matter expert in Financial Management, Accounting and Budgeting.  Sulet has designed and customised Finance workshops for companies facilitating at all levels of the organisation.  

Objective

The workshop equips employees with the understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts and the budgeting process.  It develops confidence in their own understanding and interpretation of financial reports which they can practically apply in the organisation.

Learning Approach

For participants to gain a full understanding of the concepts in class room facilitation by a subject matter expert using action based learning with practical exercises and examples.  Each delegate will receive an easy to read set of notes for future reference.

The Finance workshops are customised to the clients needs and the duration can be 1 - 4 days to suite the clients learning environment.
