Simulation

Using the Simuscale platform developed by the Inria MUSICS team, I applied it to specific tasks, which are detailed in the following Git repositories. 

• SimusCD8 : used for simulating the CD8 T cell immune response.

• SimusNeuroblas : used for simulating Neuroblastoma tumoroids.
